OK, Power Of An Hour is on my wish list from now on. Those steps look very reasonable. I keep forgetting about 7th.

DeleteThe 7th step is a challenge for a lot of us. It's easier to move on to the next thing but worthwhile to take a minute to celebrate or enjoy a reward.
