Otter Cuteness for Wild Wednesday

Happy Wild Wednesday! These cute otters were playing and hunting for food in their habitat at the National Zoo. They're part of a family of river otters who love each other and sleep in a giant pile together. I love watching them.
Take an already cute otter and catch its tongue sticking out and the cuteness is multiplied. This shot makes me smile.
The otters ran from their pond to a little stream once they realized there was food buried in nooks around the stream.
This otter found a stash of hidden food.
And promptly gobbled it up. I hope you enjoyed these adorable otters. May the God who created them and us bless you beyond your wildest dreams!

Cute and Squeaky River Otter Family

Photo by Jessie Cohen, NZP photographer
Today my husband and I enjoyed a fun trip to the Smithsonian's National Zoo and while there were many wonderful animals to see, the river otter family was the highlight of the trip because they were making such cute and happy squeaky noises so I took this little video clip to share with you. I hope you've already made time to do something fun and enjoy God's wonderful creation in this new year. May God bless you!
