Wild Raccoon in National Arboretum

Happy wild Wednesday! I came across this wild raccoon at the National Arboretum last weekend. Washington DC really does have wildlife.
It let me get surprisingly close (although I still used zoom to get these photos).
What was even more surprising was that when I finished my walk it was still in the same general area. I hope it wasn't sick or injured.
Perhaps there were some delicious berries in those bushes.
I hope this raccoon has a long, healthy life. May God bless you, this little raccoon and all of His creatures, great and small!
